He makes a human in his containment be attracted to it sexually or mentally. After a human puts it on it only has a limited time before the body/figure wears out of enrgy.He has the ability to lure people into believe or false hoping them to do what he says which could be,suicide,unlocking the containment cell,or giving information,etc.He has caused many containment breaches in the past this way and continues to use these ways of escaping today. How does this SCP get re-contained?
