Trolling is normal onRP servers, and it shouldn't  be taken lightly. IC is where you are the Character or In-character. This is where you fully express the character you play, Like 096, you would do nothing but crying, screaming, and occasionally pacing about. I also feel like you could let the community learn more about you before you apply. Fresh users are less likely to be known by the community (obviously), and thus have a smaller chance of becoming staff. I would say just wait about a week for the community to get to know you.
