[b]How can you benefit the server and our staff team (100+ characters)?[/b] As a Trial Moderator, I will be able to spend most of my time making sure the server does not fall apart due to FailRPers, I will be able to be on for 3 / 5 hours a day, which makes me a very active member, in turn, making it so that I am able to purify the water and make sure it is free of any rule breakers, I will be able to benefit the staff team by being there and guiding new T-Mods that come after me once the time has come. Look immersion, me and you get along quite nicely, but I'm going to be blunt that a lot of people are probably thinking. You're quite rude, get pretty heated when things don't quite go your way, but you have gotten better and if you continue working on your attitude and have staff watch you, it may not be the end of the world. Honestly, just work on gaining a more positive rep with the community. [b]+1[/b] we are desperate for more active staff, just know others think way differently from me.  

[size=300]+1[/size] When it comes to staffing I feel that you can be a great asset to the staff team, but when it comes to player interaction that's where the doubts come in, if you fix that then you will be a great staff member, following rules and enforcing them is one thing but making sure the players are having fun and are respected is another, When dealing with them you[u] must [/u]make sure you are being respectful to both parties in the sit, no favoritism and no biased, even when they break the rules don't make it so they think that the server is filled with stuck up assholes who rule with an Iron fist, if you respect them they will respect you. I know you have a reputation of toxicity when it comes to others but I feel that you have what it takes to overcome that and become a great addition to the staff team, PS this also means towards other staff members [size=150]TLDR[/size]: Work on your communication skill and becoming more positive when it comes to other players! make sure that they feel respected
