I have been almost every staff role made, from moderator to head of staff and co-owner. I would also say I can have pretty fair judgment when it comes to on the fly situations. I know how to make judgment calls for situations that most can't. Most of the time I follow the rules to a fault and try to stick to it the best of my ability before making any moves. I also love to help people, I am a problem solver so if people have a problem I am always willing to help. [color=#c0392b]How can you benefit the server and our staff team (100+ characters)?[/color] I have a lot of experience when it comes to being staff so I can help by helping other staff when they need it and answer questions that might be asked. I will tell people when they are in the wrong and some people won't muster it up because they are a higher rank, but when it comes to me, everyone should be treated the same and if the head of staff fucks up it's no different from a player, depending on what they did. I am also able to say most of the rules from the top of my head because I make an effort to know them every time a new handbook comes out. Once I am in an argument I won't stand down till I get my point across.  Sometimes I can have a short temper but I am always working on it. [color=#3498db]What is the difference between OOC and IC?:[/color] IC is in character so anything they say / do IC will be dealt with IC and OOC is out of character so anything they do or say will be dealt by a staff or someone OOC.
