Honesty does not come easy without effort unless actions are set forth upon the person. Responsibility takes great dedication and discipline and should never be over ruled by ignorance or corruption. An extra hand in certain situations can be easy and fair, especially if no staff is around to take care of rule breakers or issues because I can be there. How can you benefit the server and our staff team (100+ characters)? As stated before, I can be of service to any and all players including staff that needs an extra hand. Willing to sat in the bounds of my responsibility and enforce the rules upon individuals if they have broken and keep breaking the rules. I wish to keep the server clean and fair from those who mock the guidelines of Roleplaying by rule breaking or making it unfairly difficult to enjoy RP. If this player continues give them a !warn <player name> <reason>. If they continue afterwards then they are to be kicked. What is RDM?: Random Death Match. This is when a player either joins the server and starts to kill everyone on sight or has killed a player without being in the guidelines of RP reason How would you handle RDM as a staff member?: I would tell this individual to not RDM for any specific reason, even if it is a dispute. I would listen to both the player who has committed this action and the player who has been assaulted. I will administer and warn to the player who went out of bounds of the RDM rules if saw fit. If he continues, take greater action. What is Trolling?: Trolling is when a player purposely breaks rules for the fun of it and gains reactions from others for they're own humor, they either mess with the server, or go out of bounds of rp rules regardless. How would you deal with Trolling as a staff member?: First off if they are a new player to the server, I would explain the rules and guidelines they have broken and also the rest, give them a warning for they're actions. If this is a continuous player, speak to one of my higher ups about administering a ban on set individual or blacklist them to give them more of a chance to start roleplaying.
